Sausage Potato Casserole

Years ago, a great friend of mine made this dish for our family. I had gone back to work after having Miss Bug and she was SOOO gracious to make us a few meals those first couple of weeks back to work for me. This is one that has stuck with us! It's quick, easy and only takes 5 ingredients!!!

Start with browning 1 pound of sausage and drain.

Add sausage, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk. Pour into casserole dish.

Slice a few potatoes pretty thin and lay them on top of the mixture. (I'm a peel-on kinda gal but either way is fine!)

Top with cheese!

Bake at 350 for 45-60 min. and enjoy!!!
