3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Muffins - 2 Maids a Baking

I had some of my girls over this past weekend and we did what any girls would do! Bake, drink and watch movies!! It was so much fun and I have a number of recipes to share with you!!

This time of year seems to fly by with all the fun extra holiday festivities. This recipe has 3 ingredients and can be tossed together in a flash. 

Oh, and it tastes so good!! 


Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl


add a can of pumpkin


and water.


Mix together


until it looks like this. 


Scoop into your muffin tins. 


Bake and enjoy!!



Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 box of spice cake mix
1 can pumpkin
2/3 cup water

Mix all ingredients and back at 350 for 25 minutes or until done. Muffins will be super moist.

  2. Liz, when I used to sell Pampered Chef I would make bundt cakes in the stoneware pan using a cake mix, 1 can of pie filling (any flavor), and 3 eggs. I would put it in the microwave for 12 minutes and it was amazingly moist and delish. This recipe reminds me I need to make that again soon!
