Gooseberry Patch Pumpkin Cheeseball

My friends all talk about how much they LOVE Gooseberry Patch cookbooks so I decided to, "join the club"!! I love fall and everything about it so I decided to buy the Homemade Harvert cookbook!

One of the first recipes I made out of it was the Pumpkin Cheeseball! It was very yummy and simple!

Add a softened package of cream cheese and an 8 oz container of chive and onion cream cheese, softened, to a bowl and mix together.

add the paprika and cayenne pepper and mix.

  add the cheese

The recipe made a lot so I split it in two.

wrap and place in the fridge.

Shape mixture and top with broccoli stalk. Serve with crackers! Yum!

Happy Thanksgiving!!

  1. I was going to make a Martha Stewart cheese ball I have made for years tomorrow but I think I'll change it up and make this one instead. It's more practical & looks so yummy! Thanks for sharing.
